Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JobJefe ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

Only to provide and improve the Service: generating your quotes and invoices, optimizing routes, sending notifications you enable, and offering support. We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to operate: cloud database and authentication (Supabase), maps and address autocomplete (Google Maps Platform), voice-note transcription (OpenAI), transactional email (Resend), error monitoring (Sentry), and our merchant of record for subscription billing. Each receives only the data needed for its function. Subscription payment details (card numbers) are handled by the merchant of record and never touch our servers.

4. Your clients' information

When you store a client's name, address or phone number, you are responsible for having the right to use that information for your business. We process it solely on your behalf to provide the Service, and your clients' approval pages are accessible only through single-use signed links.

5. Data export and deletion

You can export all your data (CSV and PDF) from the app at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at hola@jobjefe.com; we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing purposes.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted per account (row-level security), and public quote/invoice pages use signed, expiring tokens.

The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
