Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JobJefe (the "Service"), a software application for managing quotes, jobs, schedules and invoices, operated by [OPERATOR NAME] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

JobJefe provides tools for independent trade professionals to create quotes and invoices, schedule jobs, plan routes, and record payments received from their own clients. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Payments between you and your clients

JobJefe does not process, hold, transmit or take any commission on payments between you and your clients. Any payment instructions shown on quotes or invoices (such as Zelle, Venmo, cash, check or your own payment link) are provided by you, and those transactions occur entirely outside the Service. You are solely responsible for collecting payment from your clients and for any taxes, invoicing or legal obligations related to your business.

Your clients, jobs, quotes and invoices belong to you. You may export your data (CSV and PDF) at any time from within the Service. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, including offline functionality, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is a tool; you remain responsible for the accuracy of your quotes, invoices and business decisions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
